Turning an Inspiration into Reality

I must admit I am an easily inspired person. Many of my life’s trials, tribulations and accomplishments have occurred from following what inspires me most.

I was inspired to create A Virtual Perception podcast just from listening and watching podcasts with my husband. He watches and listens to many techy podcasts like Tekzilla, Pop Siren, Diggnation and TWIT. I have been inspired before to create my own podcast, because, let’s face it, I love to talk and I have a lot to say. However, I knew my podcast had to have a focus and also be one that served a purpose.

For those visiting this blog for the first time and not knowing a thing about me, let me tell you. I am a Virtual Assistant, a small business owner with lots of ideas and very little time on her hands.

A Virtual Perception aims to be a highly interactive podcast highlighting the Virtual Assistant industry, as well as, the business owners that utilize them.

The very first podcast, airing some time in June, is titled “A Virtual Assistant Defined”. Each show will have regular segments that cover topics such as internet resources, hardware and software talk and a segment I call “My Favorite Price - Free”.

A Virtual Perception serves a wide audience and my hope is to bring Virtual Assistants together, as well as, business owners, all while providing some useful tidbits of information that will make maneuvering through the business day just a little bit easier.

A Virtual Perception also aims to be a highly interactive. I hope to have interviews and special guests for future podcasts. This blog will be the main forum for the podcast; a place where listeners can comment on shows, suggest topics and more.

I am extremely excited and cannot wait to share the podcast with you! Stay tuned, it is going to be a fantastic ride!
